Mahindra South Africa is turning up the volume on youth culture with the return of Fusion Fest 2026, scheduled for Saturday, 7 March at Pretoria's SunBet Arena, Time Square.
Following a successful inaugural event, the festival is expanding its ambition to deliver an immersive celebration where South African music, art and fashion converge in spectacular fashion.
CEO Rajesh Gupta emphasised the festival's mission to champion youth creativity and community spirit. "Fusion Fest is a celebration of South Africa's incredible creative spirit, bold, energetic and built on the belief that together we rise. After an extraordinary response to our first edition, 2026 will be even bigger, more ambitious, and more powerful," Gupta said.
The lineup showcases exciting collaborations across genres. Zöe Modiga will present a musical journey starting from her birth year of 1994, featuring contributions from Mafikizolo, Kurt Darren and Claire Johnston. Hip hop artists BLXKIE and Maglera Doe Boy will join the Tshwane Gospel Choir for a genre-defying performance.

A powerhouse female quartet comprising Naledi Aphiwe, Karen Zoid, Nomfundo Moh and Mariechan promises girl-powered hits, while Zee Nxumalo, Focalistic and Daliwonga will deliver a contemporary celebration.
Mahindra launched a nationwide roadshow at UCT Cape Town last month, with Durban scheduled for December. The campaign includes a talent hunt across Music, Fashion, and Art categories, offering R30,000 prizes and performance opportunities at the main event.
Festival-goers can also experience the Mahindra XUV 3XO through the brand's Test Drive Challenge.
